Refund Policy
Free trial
Invoicey offers a free trial for Pro and Pro+ plans. No payment is required during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Subscriptions are non-refundable
Once your paid subscription has begun, subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial months or years, or for unused time remaining on your subscription.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account (Plans & Billing). Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access until that date. No further charges will be made after you cancel.
Billing errors
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please contact us with the details. Refunds for genuine billing errors are reviewed manually. Reach us at support@invoicey.io or via the contact form and select "Billing issue" or "Refund request" so we can prioritise your request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
