Referral Program Terms

Introduction

Invoicey offers a referral program that allows users to earn rewards for referring new customers. By participating in this program, you agree to these Referral Program Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

Eligibility

To participate in the referral program, you must:

  • Have an active Invoicey account in good standing
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have one account per person; multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted
  • Refrain from self-referrals (e.g., creating additional accounts to refer yourself)

Invoicey reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or revoke participation at any time.

Qualified Referral

A referral is valid only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The new user signs up through your unique referral link
  • The new user is a new customer and has not previously held an Invoicey account
  • The new user becomes a paying subscriber (upgrades to a paid plan)
  • Payment is successfully processed and not refunded or disputed
  • Free trials alone do not qualify; the referred user must complete a paid subscription

Invoicey retains sole discretion to determine whether a referral meets these criteria.

Rewards

For each qualified referral, the referrer receives account credit in the amount of €10 (or the equivalent in your account currency at the time of credit).

  • Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash
  • Rewards may only be used toward Invoicey subscriptions or services
  • Rewards have no monetary value outside the Invoicey platform

Credit Usage and Expiration

Credits earned through the referral program are applied to future billing cycles automatically when available. Credits reduce the amount due on your next invoice.

  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn
  • Invoicey may set expiration periods for referral credits; any such expiration will be communicated when the credit is issued or in program updates

Fraud and Abuse

Invoicey reserves the right to:

  • Withhold rewards if suspicious activity or fraud is suspected
  • Cancel or revoke rewards credited to fake, fraudulent, or ineligible accounts
  • Disqualify users who engage in abuse of the referral program
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the general Terms of Service

Examples of abuse include self-referrals, creating fake accounts, using misleading marketing practices, or any other conduct that Invoicey deems to undermine the integrity of the program.

Program Changes

Invoicey may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes to reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or program mechanics will be effective as of the date stated in the update. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

Invoicey is not responsible for technical failures, tracking errors, or unauthorized use of referral links. We do not guarantee that referral tracking will be accurate in all circumstances (e.g., ad blockers, browser settings, or network issues may interfere). We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your participation in the referral program beyond the credit value actually credited to your account.

Governing Law

These Referral Program Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and France. Any disputes arising from or relating to the referral program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
