Invoicey provides an online invoicing platform that allows users to create, manage, and send invoices. The Service includes features such as invoice generation, client management, AI-powered assistance, and revenue tracking.

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Invoice Compliance

While we aim to support invoicing that meets common legal requirements, you are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with the laws that apply to you. We recommend consulting a qualified accountant or advisor for specific compliance advice.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Invoicey and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (invoices, client data, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Invoicey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. We will endeavour to give notice where appropriate.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification where possible. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
