Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee

We don't run a free trial. Instead, every paid Invoicey subscription is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee — start using Pro or Pro+ immediately, and if it isn't right for you within 7 days, email support@invoicey.io for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@invoicey.io within 7 days of your first paid charge with the email on your account and a one-line reason. We process refunds within 3 business days back to your original payment method. No questions, no forms to fill in.

After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable

Outside the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial months or years, or for unused time remaining on your subscription.

Cancel anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account (Plans & Billing). Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access until that date. No further charges will be made after you cancel.

Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please contact us with the details. Refunds for genuine billing errors are reviewed manually. Reach us at support@invoicey.io or via the contact form and select "Billing issue" or "Refund request" so we can prioritise your request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
